Order Processing

All items are made to order. Production will begin once payment has been received and the order has been approved.

We aim to dispatch orders within 7–10 business days. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary during busy periods or for large or custom orders.

Shipping Method

  • Orders are shipped via signed-for delivery to ensure safe receipt.

  • A signature will be required upon delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery times begin once the order has been dispatched, not from the date the order was placed.

  • Dispatch and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, in line with UK consumer law.

Postal Delays

Once an order has been dispatched, Todd & Co cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services or couriers (for example, due to weather conditions, industrial action, or peak periods).

However, under UK law, if an item does not arrive within a reasonable time, customers may be entitled to a refund or replacement. We will assist customers in resolving delivery issues with the carrier where required.

Risk & Responsibility

  • Responsibility for the goods remains with Todd & Co until the order is delivered and signed for.

  • If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Please note that custom or made-to-order items are exempt from standard cancellation rights once production has started, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
